Services
Grizzly Carpet Care provides professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services. All services are performed using industry-standard equipment and methods.
Estimates and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions, including but not limited to size, level of soiling, stains, and accessibility.
Stain Removal Disclaimer
While we use professional techniques and products, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or discoloration. Some stains (including pet urine, dyes, bleach damage, and wear-related traffic lanes) may be permanent.
Furniture Moving
We move light furniture such as chairs and small tables when necessary. We do not move heavy items including beds, dressers, electronics, or fragile/valuable items. Cleaning will be performed around such items.
Access and Preparation
Clients are responsible for providing access to the service area. We recommend removing personal items and valuables prior to service. Failure to prepare the area may affect results.
Drying Time
Drying time may vary depending on weather conditions, ventilation, and carpet type. We are not responsible for extended drying times.
Satisfaction and Limitations
We strive to deliver high-quality results. However, due to the nature of carpet and upholstery cleaning, results cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
Grizzly Carpet Care is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Permanent stains or discoloration
- Issues resulting from improper prior cleaning or wear
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Cancellations
Please provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
